Forehead Food

A guessing game for the table. Hold the phone to your forehead, the others describe the dish on the screen, and you tilt to answer. How many can you get in 60 seconds?

How to play

  1. Pick a deck and tap Start. On an iPhone, tap Allow so the game can feel you tilt.
  2. Turn the phone sideways and hold it on your forehead, screen facing out. Hold still and a countdown starts.
  3. Everyone else describes the dish without saying its name. Tilt the phone down when you guess it, or up to pass.
  4. After 60 seconds you'll see every dish you got and passed. Hand the phone on and see who scores best.

Tips

  • Clue givers: try acting it out, humming a song, or naming where you'd eat it. Just don't say any word on the screen.
  • Tilt with your whole head, like a slow nod, then come back upright before the next one.
  • No motion sensor, or playing on a computer? Use the Got it and Pass buttons (or the down and up arrow keys).
  • The Kid-Friendly deck is a good warm-up for younger players.

Motion readings stay on your phone and are never sent anywhere. Your best scores live only in this browser.
