Free printable grocery list
Write your list by store section so you walk the aisles once. Add a recipe's ingredients with one click, type in everything else, and check items off as you shop. Print it, or keep the page open on your phone. What you type stays in your browser.
How to use it
- Check your fridge and pantry first, so you only write down what you actually need.
- Add a recipe. Choose one from the menu to drop its ingredients into your list, or just type items into the sections.
- Put each item under its store section so you walk the store once instead of doubling back.
- Print it, or keep the page open on your phone and tick items off as you shop. Your list is saved in your browser.
Tips for a faster, cheaper shop
- Check the pantry for staples before you shop. A recipe's ingredient list includes things like salt, oil, and spices you probably already have. Delete those lines.
- Combine duplicates yourself. The list doesn't merge items, so if two recipes both need an onion, write “2 onions” once.
- Write quantities next to each item so you're not guessing at the shelf.
- Keep a running list of staples you always buy, and start each trip from it.
- Build the list from your plan. Fill in the weekly meal planner first, then shop for exactly those dinners.
